Creative Services, BU's award-winning in-house marketing agency, is seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and strategically minded Account Supervisor to oversee communication initiatives including website and print projects.

• Lead and develop trusted partnerships with clients across the University.
• Collaborate with clients to uncover critical project information and insights.
• Develop compelling creative briefs to guide creative teams and contribute to delivering the highest quality work.
• Manage client objectives, expectations, and timelines, and communicate changes and direction to internal team members.
• Self-starter who builds and maintains strong relationships with internal team members across departments.
• Solutions-oriented with the ability to identify potential issues and independently develop contingency plans.
• Mentor and support the development of account executives, provide guidance and help them build marketing knowledge and skills.
• Ensure internal teams are prepared, thorough, and responsive to keep the momentum from start to project completion and ensure client satisfaction.
